Beginner Private Sessions

Through realistic, pressure-tested scenarios, you’ll refine your technique, improve reaction time, and develop a deeper understanding of real-world application. The Invicta Method bridges the gap between training and reality—enhancing adaptability, precision, and decision-making under pressure. Each session is tailored to challenge you at your level, helping you move beyond routine practice into truly effective self-defence.
Experienced Private Sessions
Building confident, aware, and resilient young individuals! A safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can build confidence, awareness, and essential life skills. Sessions are age-appropriate, fun, interactive, and tailored to each child’s development, helping them learn boundaries, improve self-confidence, physical development, and understand how to navigate the world safely. With a strong focus on bullying prevention and communication, children are empowered both physically and mentally. Techniques taught are suitable for use within school environments as well as in real-world situations, ensuring children feel prepared in a variety of settings. Delivered by a DBS-checked instructor with extensive experience, sessions can be adapted to individual needs or parental goals—supporting each child’s growth at their own pace. Parents can feel reassured knowing their child is learning in a safe, professional, and nurturing environment where their wellbeing is always the priority.
Kids (4-18) Private Sessions

Corporate sessions are designed to support workplace wellbeing, build confidence, and strengthen team cohesion through engaging, interactive training. Sessions can be delivered as part of PE lessons, PSHE education, lunchtime or after-school clubs, or university workshops. Training focuses on awareness, confidence-building, practical self-defence, and anti-bullying support, while also supporting mental wellbeing and stress management. Programmes can also contribute towards Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Award activities as part of physical or skills-based development. For university students, additional focus is placed on campus safety, independent living, and navigating new environments with confidence—while also supporting student sports and activities communities, creating a stronger, more aware and connected student environment.

Strengthening communities through empowerment and safety! Supporting communities through empowering, purposeful training. The Invicta Method works with community groups, charities, and organisations to deliver accessible self-defence training that promotes confidence, resilience, and safety. This includes work with women’s groups, youth programmes, religious communities, and organisations supporting survivors of violence. Training can form part of a wider rehabilitation journey—supporting individuals as they rebuild confidence, develop practical skills, and reintegrate into everyday life with a renewed sense of strength and security.
Communities & Charities
A safe space to rebuild confidence, strength, and trust! Training delivered with care, understanding, and respect for individual journeys. For trauma survivors, individuals with PTSD, or those rebuilding confidence after difficult experiences, The Invicta Method provides a safe and supportive space to regain a sense of control, strength, and trust in oneself. Sessions are approached with sensitivity, allowing individuals to move forward at their own pace. Also tailored for individuals with disabilities or additional needs, including autism, learning differences, and hearing impairments (with British Sign Language available). Each session is adapted to ensure accessibility, comfort, and meaningful progression.

At The Invicta Method, we teach reality-based self-defence skills, combining Krav Maga and other systems, using proven techniques trusted by military and police worldwide. Our training complies with UK law and is designed to be efficient, easy to learn, and effective for everyday life, ensuring safety for you and your loved ones. We focus on enhancing your natural instincts and improving your ability to react quickly under pressure. Training covers boundary setting, threat awareness, and defending against common attacks, with specialised skills for gender-specific violence, domestic violence, and social threats. Drawing from my diverse background as a combat instructor, and my additional experience in martial arts, yoga, pilates, calisthenics, and as a former professional dancer, I’ve crafted a holistic approach to mobility and strength. Our programs are designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness while protecting your joints and muscles. This combination of practices not only boosts your physical performance but also improves your flexibility, strength, and ease of movement—contributing to the longevity of your body’s health. We focus on strengthening and improving fitness through bodyweight exercises, assault course-style training, and HIIT circuits, all tailored to your environment and the equipment available, whether at home, outdoors, or elsewhere.

Based in North-West & Central London, I can bring the training directly to you, or you can choose virtual sessions from the comfort of your own home or company building.
While in-person and online sessions may differ, both formats are valuable and can be customized to your goals.
Note for Online Sessions:
Online 1:1 training focuses on mobility, fitness, mindfulness, and some Krav Maga and self-defence techniques.
However, self-defence/Krav Maga is most effective when trained with a partner and in an in-person setting.
To get the most out of contact-based techniques, training with a partner—whether a spouse, family member, friend, or colleague—is recommended to enhance the experience!
That said, I’ll guide, support, and provide real-time feedback to ensure you benefit from every session, even remotely.
1:1 Training:
Focused sessions designed to hone in on individual skills and provide dedicated support. Each private session is tailored to your goals, providing personalized feedback and focused attention for rapid progress.
Small Group Sessions:
