In her early 20s, she achieved instructor status, becoming one of the youngest worldwide to reach this milestone.

Building on this success through extensive training, she went on to become the first woman of her generation to earn the title of Military Krav Maga Instructor through a prestigious global organisation—a groundbreaking achievement that reflects her expertise, resilience, and dedication, achieved without following the traditional path of military service.

Over the years, through unwavering commitment to personal growth, comprehensive training, and the privilege of working alongside renowned organisations and inspiring individuals from diverse backgrounds, she developed The Invicta Method—a transformative approach that empowers individuals through self-defence, Krav Maga, and holistic health principles.

Today, she works independently, sharing her expertise and inspiring people from all walks of life to build confidence, resilience, and inner strength, while also advocating for women's empowerment!

My Mission

I’m passionate about helping people overcome personal challenges, build resilience, and improve their overall health. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, or simply want to enhance your physical and mental well-being, learn self-defence skills and/or try something new!, I’m dedicated to supporting you in your journey. My mission is to help you feel empowered, confident, and in control of your life.

My Approach

I combine Krav Maga, self-defence, and resilience-building techniques to empower both your mind and body. Each session is thoughtfully designed to be empathetic, efficient, effective and paced according to your individual needs. You'll learn practical self-defence skills, strengthen your body through fitness and mobility, and develop a resilient mindset that helps you face life’s challenges with clarity and calm. For women, I account for physiological differences, the specific threats they face, social conditioning barriers, and daily safety concerns, ensuring techniques are practical and adaptable. My approach ensures a safe, encouraging environment where you can grow at your own pace.

The Invicta Method was born from a personal mission: to feel safe and to cultivate a healthy, empowering lifestyle rooted in strength, mindfulness, and resilience. Guided by the principles of protection, athleticism, peace, and renewal, this journey evolved into a transformative way of life.

Inspired by a passion for teaching and empowering others, Dimple founded The Invicta Method to help individuals uncover their inner strength, unlock their potential, and embrace a sustainable approach to well-being—all while making the process enjoyable and rewarding.
